This curry is rich in flavour and features succulent chunks of duck breast cooked with fragrant spices, Thai basil, and seasonal fruits. It is possibly the most visually appealing and Instagrammable curry I have ever seen.
The portion of duck meat is generous, with 12 tender pieces that are incredibly tasty. The curry itself is outstanding, infused with a variety of spices that create a complex and delicious sauce, combining spiciness with a hint of sweet and sour from grapes. It pairs perfectly with the duck or rice.
While this curry is relatively mild in terms of spiciness, we still found it quite spicy towards the end. If you cannot eat spicy or prefer milder flavours, I suggest you can ask the staff to reduce or omit the spice.
This stir-fried pad thai dish features crispy and flavorful soft shell crab, crunchy kai lan (Chinese broccoli), vibrant peppers, and fragrant garlic. The texture of the kway teow (flat rice noodles) used here is thicker compared to the ones commonly found in Hong Kong, providing a chewy and satisfying bite.
Combined with the tasty sauce, the dish is truly satisfying. The quality and quantity of the soft shell crab are commendable and worth the price.
