Fineprint is an Australian-style coffee shop in Hong Kong, best known for its toasties and coffee. The coffee shop chain is located in few different areas in Hong Kong, including Central, Tai Hang and Sai Ying Pun. Read our review of Fineprint Central HK now.
Fineprint has several branches in Hong Kong, with the one in Central Peel Street the most convenient. On weekends, there will be lots of tourists coming for brunch. Arrive early to skip the queue! We ordered Ricotta toast, Avo toast, Bikini toast, and Flat white.
With two tempting toast options on the menu, we couldn’t resist choosing half-half so that we could try both the ricotta toast and avocado toast. The generous portion of creamy ricotta boasted a smooth and luscious texture, perfectly complemented by the heavenly combination of honey and the burst of flavours from blueberries.
When it comes to Sourdough, you can count on Bakehouse for top-notch quality. This time, we savoured their delectable avocado toast. The avocado was wonderfully fresh, and a hint of zesty lemon juice added a refreshing and delightful twist.
The Bikini toast captivated us with its pillowy soft bread (which our editor absolutely adores) and its unique elongated presentation. The truffle flavour was aromatic, striking a perfect balance without overpowering, and the marriage of mozzarella created a divine harmony. However, the portion size was so small that we finished all of them within minutes.

The coffee was crafted using their Hong Kong locally roasted coffee beans Peel Street House Blend, with a tasting note of dark fruits and blueberries. The coffee quality varies at Fineprint Central branch, as one of our coffee tasted much bitter than the other.
