Food Review

▯ 𝘚𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘣𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘤𝘦
This dish is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the meal. Despite being drenched in bonito sauce, the spinach remains fresh and crispy. The sauce is well-balanced and appetising, making it an excellent choice for an appetiser.

▯ 𝘊𝘩𝘶𝘤𝘬 𝘳𝘪𝘣 𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘨𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘪𝘤 𝘴𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘯
The beef shoulder roll is one of the more flavourful dishes in the meal. The beef is tender and free from any tough parts, and the seasoning is quite suitable, resulting in a decent taste. However, it could have been warmer, and the beef could have been thicker.

▯ 𝘏𝘢𝘬𝘢𝘵𝘢 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘥 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘳𝘢𝘸 𝘦𝘨𝘨
Although visually appealing, the filling of the chicken dumplings is loose, and the egg flavour is not prominent enough. The overall taste falls a bit short.

▯ 𝘚𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘳𝘢𝘣 𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘺 𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘦
This dish consists of a small amount of crab meat and roe on top of a bowl of rice, with an egg yolk-sized serving. The portion is not substantial enough to be considered a main dish. The taste is not particularly remarkable, and there is not much crab meat and roe.

▯ 𝘚𝘰𝘺𝘦𝘥 𝘦𝘨𝘨 𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘦
This is an ordinary bowl of rice with soy sauce and raw egg. The egg flavour was not strong, and overall, it is not particularly noteworthy.

▯ 𝘎𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘬𝘺𝘰 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘰
This dish was a bit overrated. The cod texture is tender and juicy, and it has a nice grilled fish oil aroma. However, one of the pieces has too many bones, and it may be challenging for children to eat.

▯ 𝘊𝘳𝘢𝘣 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦
The outer layer of the crab croquette is quite crispy, and it has a lot of cream filling. However, the crab taste is almost entirely masked, and the croquette tends to be leaky. It is not recommended.
