Zeni Rone: Review & Photos
We ordered passionfruit cake, chocolate caramel choux, custard caramel choux, peach earl grey tea, and dirty coffee.

The staff recommended their homemade passionfruit cake, featuring a luscious layer of passionfruit jelly atop the cake. Complemented by a delightful combination of green apple sauce and passion fruit sauce, this cake truly dazzled with its vibrant colours and exquisite flavours.
The textures were perfectly balanced, creating a delightful treat for the palate. However, the blue macaron fell slightly short, as the almond flavour dominated while the homemade cream lacking in taste.

These delectable choux pastries are all imported from Japan, available in four delightful flavours. The pastry surface is delicately torched, resulting in a satisfyingly crisp texture!
The staff recommends this chocolate caramel flavour, boasting an irresistible appearance, crunchy choux pastry, and a generously indulgent chocolate filling. It would be even more delightful if the chocolate flavour were stronger and richer.

Another irresistible custard choux! Similar to the chocolate choux, the custard crunchy choux is torched to perfection, creating a caramelised and crispy exterior, which we really enjoyed it!
The luscious custard filling is rich and velvety, and we are impressed by the generous amount of custard filling inside. This is highly recommended and is sure to satisfy your taste bud!

Peach earl grey tea is one of the 120 tea flavours available in this cafe, also one of the most signature tea blends of Mlesna Tea. Even before the brewing begins, we can smell a delightful peach aroma from the tea bag.
Infuse the tea bag for 40-60 seconds for your first brew. After your first infusion, you can put the tea bag in the teapot for prolonged enjoyment and subsequent infusion. You may also consider adding Mlesna’s specially blended sugar made from Kagoshima Prefecture in Kyushu to increase the sweetness of the tea, enhancing your overall tea experience.

Dark-roasted coffee beans were used for the dirty coffee, with a tasting note of nutty flavour with a hint of smokiness. Personally, I prefer light-roasted coffee beans and this coffee is too bitter to me.
