The portion size was smaller than expected, but the taste was pleasantly surprising. The hand-cut beef, sliced into strips, had a rich flavor. The inclusion of fried lotus root, anchovies, sweet potatoes, and pickled jalapenos created a surprisingly delicious combination. It was appetizing and definitely a recommended appetizer.

The uni was incredibly creamy, but the portion size was a bit small. The pasta used was linguine, which was thicker than usual and provided a chewier texture compared to pappardelle. It was enjoyable. The squid ink sauce had a rich flavour that I personally found delicious, although one of us felt it was slightly too salty.

The wagyu beef cheek was delicious, packed with beefy flavour and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. In addition to the wagyu, the dish included pancetta and wide al dente pappardelle, although the pancetta could have had a stronger presence of smoky flavour. The mushroom sauce was fragrant, and it paired well with the pasta, but a bolder sauce would have made it even better.

The ricotta mousse had a taste reminiscent of yogurt. It was accompanied by fresh berries and crispy granola. If the ricotta cheese flavor had been stronger, it would have been perfect. However, the overall experience was still enjoyable, although slightly on the expensive side.
